Unpack the cover of the USB-C port output.

Pull out the internal PCB board directly.

A contact connection is formed between the pins of the housing and the PCB board.

The components on the front of the PCB are covered with glue.

Slow-blow fuse at the AC input.

Electrolytic capacitor for input filter, brand AiSHi Aihua, specification 400V 18μF.

Koshin's filter capacitor, specification 400V 10μF.

Output filter solid state filter capacitor, size 12V, 560μF.

There is a chip on the back of the PCB board, which is covered with glue and has two heat-conducting stickers. The main control chip of PI can be seen faintly.

The SC1224K of PI Company is used as the main control chip.

The WT6630P from Weapon Semiconductor is used as the USB-C port output controller.

Weltrend WT6630P supports USB PD 2.0 fast charging protocol, built-in 5V, 12V, 15V, 20V VBUS, can be set to 30W, 45W, 60W three output modes. The chip supports power-saving mode, overvoltage protection (OVP), low-voltage side output current shunt monitor; can be applied to the operating voltage range of 4V ~ 30V; 14-pin SOP and 16-pin OFN package. This chip is widely used and is adopted by USB-C chargers of brands such as Lenovo and Hewlett-Packard.
